Welcome to Provision i. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services, including security cameras, Intelligent Behavior Recognition (IBR), and AI-driven solutions. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided at the point of sale. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products and Services
Provision i offers:
- Security Equipment: Cameras, IBR systems, and AI-enhanced devices.
- Services: Consultation, installation, monitoring, and maintenance.
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
Details governing transactions:
- Order Placement: Orders are subject to acceptance by Provision i. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors.
- Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Payment: Full payment is due at the time of order unless a payment plan is agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other methods as specified.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a restocking fee if applicable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your products promptly:
- Shipping: Costs and timelines are provided at checkout. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues) are not our responsibility.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Inspection: Check products upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.
5. Installation and Monitoring Services
For service-specific terms:
- Installation: Performed by certified partners. You must provide access and a suitable environment (e.g., power, internet).
- Monitoring: Continuous monitoring requires an active subscription. Service interruptions due to client-side issues (e.g., internet failure) are not our liability.
- Maintenance: Available under separate agreements; excludes damage from misuse or external factors.
6. Returns and Warranties
We stand by our products:
- Returns: Eligible within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Warranty: Products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited:
- Provision i is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of property, profits) arising from our products or services.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or protection against all security threats.
8. Intellectual Property
Our assets are protected:
- All content, software, and technology (e.g., AI algorithms, IBR systems) are owned by Provision i or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.
9. Termination
We reserve rights to:
- Terminate or suspend services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
- Upon termination, you must cease using our products/services and settle outstanding balances.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted here, effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
